Our website is hosted in the European Economic Area (EEA) via Railway or Vercel (EU region). Both providers operate under appropriate data processing agreements.
3.2 Anthropic (AI Processing)
We use Anthropic's API to rewrite and translate news articles. When a raw news text from a public source passes through our pipeline, it is processed via the Anthropic API. - Transfer to a third country: Anthropic is based in the United States. The transfer is safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to GDPR Art. 46(2)(c).
- Visitor data: Raw news texts do not contain personal data of our visitors.
3.3 No Further Disclosure
We do not sell your data. We do not disclose your data to other third parties unless legally required to do so.

4. International Data Transfers
The only international transfer outside the EEA relates to processing by Anthropic (US) for the purpose of rewriting news content. This transfer is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). No visitor personal data is transferred to Anthropic.
